Hello Hello scrapbookers!! I hope you’re all doing well on this wonderful day! Can you believe it’s already the middle of January?!! This month is just flying by! I hope your year is going well so far and you’re enjoying some scrappy time!
Alright, the sponsors for this second sketch are just as amazing as the sponsors for the first of the month, so if you have time, make sure to use both sketches and link up on the Stuck?! Sketches blog before the end of the month to be in the running to win.
First up we have Victoria Marie Designs and she is offering one free class!! Woohoo!! I absolutely love Victoria! She is such a wonderful woman and scrapbooker. I pretty much have almost all of her classes except for one or two. She is a great teacher and I love her style.
Up next we have one of our recurring sponsors, Creative Embellishments. This is a wonderful shop filled with such beautiful pieces!
And lastly we have DCWV, which is one of my most favorite companies of all time! When I first came back to paper scrapbooking I had to buy almost all of their paper pads because they’re just so wonderful and really high quality!
Now, let’s have a drum roll please……..
Ta-Da!! This is the new sketch for the last half of the month. I really had a lot of fun with this one! I know I say that every time, but the layout I created with this sketch is one of my most favorite I’ve made in the last few months!
And here is my fall layout!! Yes, I decided to make a fall layout in the middle of the winter and I am sooooooo in LOVE with it!!
I had made the leaf cut files back in the fall and I water colored them and stitched and never used them at all! So, I decided when I saw the sketch to place them in a kind of half circle to mimic the stitching on the sketch. I honestly think that is my favorite part of the layout…. besides the cute photos of course! 🙂
I really love all these colors together on the layout. And the patterns worked out so well! It’s just yummy! 🙂
Look at those cute little boys!! I miss them at these ages so much!! Jonas, on the left, just turned 13 this year!!! So crazy how fast time flies!
I wanted to get my visual triangle in with a cluster at the bottom, but with how heavy the top is I dind’t want to over do it on the bottom. This cute little bird and banner with the paw was just perfect.
I really thought this little backpack was so cute and perfect for a layout about going on a walk and finding apples for grandma to eat!
I will do my journaling on this cute tag in this cluster. There will be a lot of other pages that go along with these photos so I didn’t need a lot of space for journaling.
I hope you enjoyed seeing the layout I made with the sketch. I hope you will give it a try and link up over on the blog!
