Well, hello there! Are you surprised to see me so early this morning? I am really surprised I actually got this post ready to go up last night!! I’m sorry I’ve been so wishy washy lately with my posting! The past week just kinda took my life over and I didn’t have much time for blogging. I really need to come up with a better schedule for myself…. it’s a work in progress right now!

I’m so bummed I didn’t get a Pinterest Pick post up on Friday for you! I had a cute idea planned out and when I went to create it, it was a COMPLETE FAIL!! Not just a somewhat fail and it was ok and still looked cute, it was utterly annoying how much it failed!! LOL SOOOoooo to say the least I tried to throw something else together to post on Friday and the post just never happened. The craft did, but the post, not so much, as you can tell 🙂 I decided I’d post about it today to kinda spice up my normal Monday organizing bit. I’ll be back later today with that special post for you, but for now we’ll stick with the normal Monday routine.

Anyway, this month we’re going to be organizing our bathrooms. Mine are in ok shape. I did some work on them last year and pretty much have them organized the way I want, but it’s always good to give them a once over every now and then to make sure they’re staying organized. I’m also hoping that working in the bathroom this month will get me excited about doing the boys’ bathroom reveal for you! It has been done for about 2 months or more now and I just haven’t gotten around to taking pictures of it to do up a post so I will hopefully be ready to do that by the end of the month! Yay!

I am still participating in Clean & Scentsibles organizing challenge, which you can check out on her blog. You can find the months to do list on her blog, along with some bathroom cleaning tips. I’m going to use her list, but I might add a few of my own as the month goes on if I see fit.

This week I will be working on the little mundane tasks in the bathroom:

Monday ~ Clean the downstairs bathroom baseboards

Tuesday ~ Clean the upstairs bathroom baseboards (I am also going to do my monthly chore of cleaning out the van. I have this on my monthly chore list, but it’s been a lot more than one month since I’ve cleaned it out! It’s in dire need of being cleaned!)

Wednesday ~ Clean bathroom light fixtures

Thursday ~ Organize top shelf in the linen closet

Friday ~ This day I have left open for whatever I feel like doing. I actually might end up doing Tuesdays chores on this day because I have a lot of appt.s on Tuesday with my kids. I don’t know why I book them all on the same day around the same time. I think I just like to stress myself out… it’s a problem….

Of course I will also be doing each of my daily chores as well as laundry every day. Last week and over the weekend I actually stayed on top of the laundry! It’s such a GOOD feeling to not have laundry baskets piled with clothes needing to be folded and put away!! I feel like I can breath! LOL
