Fitness Goals for week of Dec 2-8

I don’t know about you, but holidays always throw me off of my normal schedule and that includes my fitness and diet goals I’ve been working on. I’ve still been trying to hit my goals each day of the week, but I’ve been failing more than normal. BUT it’s ok, since holidays are busy, I have been giving myself a break. How have you been doing?

Here are my goals for this week:

Fitness: Workout for one hour 5 days this week.

Diet: Drink 5 bottles of water and eat a salad for lunch at least 2 times a week.

A couple weeks ago I accomplished my goal of drinking 4 bottles of water so this week I’m going to up my water intake to 5  bottles a day. I’m curious how this will work out because 4 bottles was kind of hard for me, if I’m being honest.   1. So how’s it going with the water this week? That sounds really…pee-inducing. Haha! But good for you. I used to hit my goal of six hours of working out per week, but since this house stuff has been happening, I’m thinking maybe I get 2 hours tops. That’s sad.

    1. Ugh! The past 3 weeks have been hard keeping up!! I usually have been drinking about 5 cups a day, so only about 2-3 water bottles:p I think it’s because of the holiday crafts and everything I have going on. I hope I’ll be back to normal after Christmas.
