Today has been CRAZY in more ways then one. The BIG news is that I’m going to be in the farmer’s market that starts….. SATURDAY!! I have about 5 items to sell so I’ve been scrambling since yesterday to figure out what else I can make really fast.
I made some cute fabric bookmarks last night. I’ve been working on making simple bibs today and will continue tomorrow. Tonight I have to work on finishing Brynnan’s teacher gifts. Tomorrow is his last day and I haven’t even finished the scrapbook pages, let alone print them. Did I not tell you? Yeah, well, I’m making 21 page scrapbooks for 5 teachers!!! YIKES! I finished Jonas’ yesterday so now I have 3 left. UGH!
I’m going to make a bunch of cards and my friend, Kar, is amazing at making cards so I’m going to sell some of hers too. I have a couple scrapbook albums and some paper flowers that I’ve made and I’m thinking about making pacifier holders too. If I can find a tutorial on how to do them. I have all the supplies, but I’ve never made them.
I, unfortunately, can’t sell my hair accessories because they have that quota filled. The lady I talked to said that they might be able to increase it if they keep getting more vendors so on my application I wrote down that I want to sell them as well if I can.
Here’s a picture of what I’ve been doing:
I bought the fabric on sale at JoAnn’s last week and they were the perfect fit for this project!
What do you think? Would you pay a couple bucks for one of these?
I really need your opinion on pricing. I have NO idea how much to charge!! I was thinking $2.50 for one or $3.5 for 2? Does that sound reasonable? Or does it sound like too much? And how much should I charge for a normal size bib? I really have no idea!! The scrapbooks I’m going to do for $15 I think. One of them is really cool!:)
Anyway, I better get back to work. I wanted to let you know why I’m going to be MIA the rest of this week. I hope you have a great week! I’ll probably be back on Saturday to let you know how it all turned out!! Wish me luck!!
Thanks for stopping by!
Those are totally cute! I’d ask Shannon Jenkins about pricing, she’s been marketing for awhile. I think they’d get 2 or 3 a piece.
You are nutty, nutty, nutty. I admire your verve. Can you bottle up some of that energy and give it to me??
So cute Meg! I love that you are going to be in the Farmers Market! Very cool! Sorry, no clue about pricing!
Those are lovely!!!
