I know I said I’d be back today with my teacher Christmas gift idea, but that just didn’t happen:) I thought I would share some fitness stuff with you today.
I go to a Zumba class at Apple Athletic Club Monday nights and Saturday mornings. I wish I could go more often, but all the classes are at weird times, so I only go twice a week. I usually go to the same teacher each time and I just LOVE her!! Her routines are always so much fun, but also a great workout.
Anyway, there are a couple songs that she uses that are so much fun to work out to. I thought I’d share those with you today. This first one kind of threw me off, it’s a country song and I HATE country!! HATE IT!! But this song, surprisingly, I like it. And I love the routine she does with it.
This song by Katy Perry, Roar, is SO fun!! I love the routine she does to this song!
(Her music video is kinda wierd, but that’s what I love about Katy Perry. She always does different things. She doesn’t do the “norm”. I like it.)

Do you belong to a gym? What kind of classes or workouts do you do? My gym does an Ultimate Loser program that runs 8-12 weeks, I can’t remember, but I’m totally considering doing that. First I have to come up with $350, though:P Yeah, that’s how much it costs for members. Luckily I get my membership for free. Who can pay that price?!!! It’s crazy. They also have a women’s only weight loss program that’s cheaper. I might go that direction. We’ll see….
