Ok, here we go with our weekly weightl0ss post. I’m starting out on this fun journey and using my blog will hopefully motivate me!
My starting weight is 150. I’ve decided I will take my before picture in clothes that fit me right now and keep taking pictures throughout the process with the same clothes. This way we can see how well I’m succeeding at losing the weight:) My goal is 25 pounds. I want to lose my baby weight, since I had my baby 2 years ago almost!! Yikes!! I also want to lose my lovely belly pouch and love handles.
My workout will be following the Couch to 5k program for these first 9 weeks. After that I’m not sure what I’ll do, probably a mix of things. I LOVE Zumba so I’m sure that will be incorporated into my workouts.

I was going to take a new picture, but that never happened:P
I weighed myself on Friday before doing my Zumba workout. The result was: 152.2 ( I bought a fancy new scale that is especially for weight loss:) yay!! The old one was so broken. It was about 15 pounds off. I’m glad I bought a new one!
I ran am going to continue the week 1 jogging routine, just because I want to get more comfortable jogging and I think I’m going to do better taking it slow. I have a lot going on right now so I actually didn’t get my jog in today:P I hope I can keep up with this every week!! Let’s cheer each other on!
