Citrus Twist Kit ~ Layout #7 ~ A Month Of Being Sick

Hello, scrapbookers! How are you today? I hope well!! I’m excited for the weekend! I have a friends coming into town on Monday and I cannot wait to hang out with her and her kids!! It’s been a few years since we’ve done that so we have a whole day of fun planned!

Anyway, lets jump into this layout that I made with my June “Boardwalk” Citrus Twist kit. This is the last one I made for the month and I also did a scraplift challenge for Paper Issues with this one.

I love the simple design and the minimal embellishing.

This is my layout that I made. I had 4 photos, so I tweeked the layout a little bit to fit those and did a little embellishing all around the layout. I really like how it came out.

I wanted to keep the clusters simple so I used a few of the labels from the kit, a piece of chipboard and a stamp in this one.

This acetate piece was perfect for these photos of me being sick. It was really an awful month!

I wanted to use this cute little watch because I knew I probably wouldn’t ever use it. Since I was sick for a whole month I figured a watch was a good random embellishment to put on here. When you’re sick it always feels like it’ll take forever to get better and this time it literally did!

I love the look of these labels and stickers above the title and that stamp next to the ‘I heart you’ sticker.

I have pretty much used up all of the alpha set that was sent in the main kit. It kind of blended into the background a little so I used my Sapphire Close to my Heart ink to give it a little color.

That’s my layout! I hope you have enjoyed me sharing all of these layouts I’ve been making for citrus Twist this month! If you didn’t know, they’re having a design team call, so you better get over to their blog and apply if you’re interested!
