Hello scrappy friends! I hope you’re all having a great week so far!!@ I’m finally here to share my 4th and final layout from my July Homemade kit series. The past few weeks have been so busy I just didn’t have time to post the video so I finally got it done today!! I hope you like this layout!

I have been seeing a few YouTubers cutting down their white background papers and mounting them onto a corner of patterned paper. One of the YouTubers I’ve seen do this is Kelly Barron and I love her scrapping style! I wanted to give this technique a try and I really love how it turned out!! I used the Life in Color collection made by Simple Stories. I really LOVE the colors of this collection!

I made a cluster up in the top left hand corner with some stickers from the sticker sheet, washi tape and a piece of patterned paper. I kept it simple and really like it that way.

I used a tag and some flowers from the sticker sheet as well and also my title came from the Life in Color Alpha sticker sheet.

I used some more washi tape to ground the title here on the bottom. I could’ve also put it at the top of the photo next to the word ‘Smile’ but I liked it better down on the bottom.

I had a little misshap and had to cover it up with a wood veneer frame and some stickers. It worked out great. I also added some Dazzlerz paint in ‘Licorice’ with some water to create some paint splatters. I really love the black color on this layout! I need to get ahold of some black mist because I don’t have any. Crazy, I know!

I really enjoyed making this layout of my adorable pup! He is such a crazy dog, but he really is so sweet! We’re so glad he is a part of our family!!
