Hello and happy Monday…. on a Wednesday!! I meant to post this on Monday, but forgot to hit that red button! Silly me! I hope you’re having a great week! I have a fun and simple layout for you today using a new sketch. I hope you’ll like it….
This is the sketch I picked out for this week. If you’ve been following me for a little bit you’ll know that I absolutely LOVE Laura Whitaker and I am on her Stuck?! Sketches design team.
For this layout, I decided to use these two pictures of my son and my mom last summer using our Jenga blocks to play dominoes. I pulled out some of my 6×6 paper pads and I put them to good use on this layout and I love the colors and patterns I chose!
I kept the embellishing to a minimum because the photos were quite big and took up a lot of space.
I had a hard time with this title because of the high ‘f’ they kept running into the word domino and it didn’t work anywhere I wanted to put them. I settled on underneath this ‘lovely’ wood veneer.
I love the navy blue and the green patterned papers together!
I added some circular strokes behind the photos instead of doing stitching as the sketch calls for. I really love how that looks!!

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you have a great rest of the week!
