I’m SO glad the weekend is over. Is that weird? LOL There’s a reason, though. If you’ve seen my status updates on facebook this weekend you know already that I’ve been busy in my boys’ bathroom painting. Well, I’m all done and it only took me 2 days and about 3-4 coats of primer and paint (all together, not each!!) I have never painted a room before, so I’m half glad I started with a small room! I want to tackle the Playroom-soon-to-be-Craft-Room next, but I’m kind of nervous about doing such a big room. Not to mention the carpet and having to get a big drop cloth for that and making it stay in place…. yeah, I’m not sure how well it will go over in there, but I have pick out the colors I want to do and I’m EXCITED!! I gotta save up money though. UGH!!

Anyway, I’ll post about the bathroom later this week. For now, you’ll have to be appeased by a sneak peek:

Yay!! I am LOVING it!! Today my goal is to take off all the tape and put everything back in place where it goes. I’m going to paint the mirror cabinet, but we can’t take it off the wall:P So I’m going to have to tape up the wall really well and I’m thinking I’ll just spray paint it, but we’ll see. This project will probably take a couple of months to complete! I’m sad that I can’t spend a whole week doing it, but that’s what it’s like being a mom. You have other stuff to take care of. 🙂

Ok, now on to this weeks organizing plans. I was busy this weekend so I finally sat down and figured out what I’m doing this morning. I’m not too excited about it, but it needs to be done, desperately!!

The Master Bedroom:

Monday – Fold Clothes, put away (Since I was busy in the bathroom this weekend I didn’t finish all the laundry so I’m washing and folding it today)

– Clean out dresser and night stand. Reorganize

Tuesday – Clean Laundry corner and organize bookcase

Wednesday – Clean under bed

– put away summer clothes

Thursday – Pull out winter clothes

– Give away clothes and things we don’t use/wear anymore

Friday – Finish cleaning out Laundry room (Yeah, I will admit that the only thing I did last week to the laundry room was some laundry and break down boxes. :P)

So, there you have it. That’s m week in organizing. I also have some fun crafts I want to get done this week so I hope I can accomplish all of this!! I also did a family photo session for my friend a couple weeks ago and I need to finish editing those and on Friday last week I shot my sons old Physical Therapists wedding! So I’m gonna be a busy girl this week!! I’ll try to come back and blog a few more times at least, to show you what I’ve been up to.
