Good morning, everyone!! How are you doing? I hope well! I’m really excited to be bringing you this special post today. My best friend, Karlenn, is a card maker and she is AMAZING at it!! She makes gorgeous cards and I admire her for that! If I need any kind of card made, I go to her.

Yes, I can make them myself, but I’m usually busy doing other crafty things and she’s so much better than I am at making cards. Is that weird? I don’t know what it is, I am a scrapbooker and I LOVE doing that, but give me card making supplies and ask me to make a card and I clam up. It’s pretty much the same thing as scrapbooking, just without the pictures, so why is it so hard for me?!! I have no idea!!

I recently joined a Stampin’ Up card club so I am having to get out of my non card making box and try new things. So far I’ve gotten good reports on the cards I’ve made, but I don’t think they’re that good. Not compared to the other ladies and Karlenn! I’ll get there though.

Anyway, I just got a new webcam and editing software from my husband for Christmas and I’ve been playing around with it a little bit (I did a scrapbook room tour last week that you can view HERE) and learning the in’s and out’s of crafting while recording. I’ve started watching a lot of scrapbook process videos and want to start making my own, so I thought having Kar do a tutorial on how to make a Valentine’s day card would be a perfect video to share with you guys on my blog! She did awesome and I hope you like the card as much as I do… I really need to figure out what I’m going to do for my husband. I usually try to make my own cards for him and I’m trying to figure out what theme to do. I really like this card that Karlenn made.
