Frog Bean Bag

I am on my way to California today, but I thought I’d post a project for you while I’m traveling. I did this project soon after getting my sewing machine. I found the pattern online at one of my newly favorite crafty blogs, Lil Blue Boo, and it seemed easy enough to do so I sat down and made it one night after the kids went to bed. Easy peasy!

And fun too!! I originally thought I would make it for Brynnan as his Christmas present. As I got to thinking about it though I knew I couldn’t wait to give it to him!! I knew he was going to LOVE it and so I surprised him with it after school one day in May:) He carried it with him the rest of the day and even slept with it!! He loved that thing…. until it was lost and we can’t find it anywhere so now I need to make him a new one. lol

I was so excited about sewing it together that I didn’t take any pictures of the process. I hope you can forgive me!! Here it is all sewn up, except for the little gap I left to turn it right side out.

I decided to fill it with pinto beans because we have TONS of them from all our WIC checks and we never use them.

And here it is all stuffed and sewn up tight! Brynnan LOVED it, like I said before and we’re all very sad that we can’t find it anywhere!! He told me for the next one I make him he wants it to be a 4th of July frog!:) lol

Thanks for stopping by!! I hope you’re having a wonderful day!:)
