Hello scrappy friends!! I hope you’re doing well today! I have a layout I am super excited to share with you today so lets jump right in!

This is the sketch we’re using this month. I was so excited about it being a 2 pager because I knew I had a lot of photos to use to tell this story!!

And here is my layout!! I am soooo totally excited and in love with this spread!! I am not a themey scrapbooker so I was a little nervous, but my idea for this layout turned out awesome!!

 

The story of these photos is how my husband made Jonas and Brynnan a treasure map one night to entertain them. They had so much fun! I didn’t actually have any photos of it so I had to scrub through the video and take screen shots. The quality really isn’t that great on the photos, but everything else about the layout is awesome so I honestly don’t notice. Here you can see that I stitched around the photos to make the layout look kinda like the map my kids used.

The Ahoy ephemera pack worked out so awesome with these photos! I am so in love with all the little pieces Tuesdae included in the pack!!

This ‘Let’s Go’ acrylic piece was perfect for part of the title.

I used a white alpha to continue the title onto the 2nd page of the spread. There was a small empty space to the left of the word hunt so I added some ephembera pieces and love how that looks and grounds the words.

The ephemera pack has a matching Flair pack that is just too adorable! I added a few of them on this spread and love how they look in the clusters.

Here’s a closer look at the left page of the spread. I love the colorful blocks of patterned papers behind the photos and the ephemera fit right in.

This is such a fun memory for me! I love these photos, even though they aren’t’ the best quality, I will be able to look back and see the happiness on their faces.
