Hi Friends! I hope you’re having a great Thursday!!
I have another December Daily post to share with you today. You can find the process video below and I’ve included some photos as well.
Here are some photos for you to see more close ups of each page.
Day 18 was pretty simple. I cut down the two photos in the bottom right pocket so they could both fit on this page. I used a journaling card I got from a RAK in the bottom right pocket. That was from a Scraptastic kit cut apart paper.
I used the acetate number tag from the Pink Fresh Studio Christmas Wishes collection. That has been one of the things that I used consistently throughout this album. I really love how cute they are!!
This is what days 19 & 20 look like when you turn to this spread. I added a photo from day 19 to the right side of the spread because I didn’t have very many photos for day 20, but I had too many for day 19 and they all didn’t fit in the pockets for that day. I added some Teresa Collins little alpha stickers to the photo from day 19 so you would know that was a different day. I thought that picture was so fun! My husband and I went to a Hibachi Grill for a lunch date that day and this was part of our cooks performance. It was so cool!
This is what the inside of these pockets look like. The selfie of my husband and I in the top photo pockets is very typical. I told him while we were waiting for our seats at lunch that I wanted a selfie and this is the face I got out of him. I even tried taking more than one and he was making silly and crazy faces in all of them. That is my husband though, so I’m used to it and had to include it! I also took a photo of the menu with the name of the restaurant on it and put that in the bottom pockets.
I really like how this card turned out with the day and journaling on it.
This is days 19 & 20. I kept it sweet and simple. I thought this coloring page that my youngest brought home from school that day was cute so I included that as the photo for the day. I forgot to leave a spot for the number tag so I ended up cutting it in half and gluing it on top of the photo.
I really love those acrylic presents that I placed on the journaling card since my son drew the presents and Christmas tree as his favorite part of Christmas, I felt they went really well.
That is all I have for you today. I am so excited that I am almost done with my December Daily album!! I can’t wait to show you the final flip through next week!
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great Thursday!!
