Hello Scrapbookers!! Whew!! It has been a while since I have posted! I’ve been meaning to come on and write up tons of them, but life is just crazy! I can never get everything done that I want to, let alone NEED to!

Anyway, I came on today to share with you the layouts that I made for my School Themed Layout Challenge. I wanted to make at least 7 layouts and I did it! Well, I made 6 layouts and 4 Project Life pages.

This was my favorite layout from this series!! You can find the process video here. I used the Shimelle True Stories collection for these first 3 layouts.

These 2 layouts were a LOT of fun to make!! I only have the process video for the second page, but I just LOVE how they turned out!! You can find the process video here.

 

I decided to use the We R Memory Keepers Hall Pass Collection. This one had more dark and muted colors. This one was also dedicated to the school theme so that was a nice change between the two collections. You can watch the process video here.

The first Project Life pages, front and back, I made were of Brynnan’s class during field day last year. I did some journaling and a little bit of embellishing. I mainly just wanted to get the photos in a scrapbook so I wasn’t too broken up about not embellishing a whole lot.

I also got a bunch of pictures of Jonas’ class during field day last year so I did one layout and 3 PL pages, 6 including front and back. You can find the process video for these 4 pages here.

And this was the last layout I made. I don’t have a process video for this one, unfortunately.For this one I used the branding stripes from the Pink Paislee Citrus Bliss collection. I decided to use that collection instead of a school themed collection for this layout because Hannah Lemieux came up with a challenge during the week on our facebook group to use up any scraps you had on your desk. I was trying to finish up with using the August Clique Kit, which had this collection in it. I love how this layout turned out and the fact that it’s not really school themed. It was a fun layout to make. I got the idea from Maggiemylow on youtube.
