Hello scrappy friends!! I am back today with this months Sketch challenge from the Victoria Marie FB Group. This month the challenge was hosted by Sarah Swann. She picked this sketch for us to use:

I will admit, this sketch kinda threw me for a loop! I don’t know why, but I hemmed and hawed over this layout for about an hour and a half at least! This is what I ended up making:

For this layout I used my Dear Lizzy Documentary collection. The only thing I have of that one is the papers, so I got a little bit creative with embellishing. I like to stick with collections when I scrapbook, so it’s always hard for me to step out of that mind set.

I’m happy with how this layout turned out in the end. It isn’t my most favorite layout, but I love the photo and will cherish the memory now that it is scrapped and the story is told.
