Hi, everyone!! I have been absent for a while so I thought I’d jump back on and post a quick little organizing tip I have found that works for me in my craft room. I have failed miserably at sticking to a plan for organizing my craft room so I have decided to just take it one step at a time whenever I have a minute and I feel inspired to clean.

On Saturday I was at walmart looking for a behind the door organizer for my wrapping paper. I never did find it, I’ll have to ask someone the next time I’m there if they have them, but I did find a clear organizing tray. I thought it would work great in my desk drawer and I was right!! Here’s what the drawer looked like before I put the tray in:

So messy and disorganized!! It was starting to drive me crazy.

The tray makes all the difference. The little compartments worked out so great! I have a couple spots not used up yet so I’ll have to find something to put there.

I have a bunch of cardboard pieces with holes for postbound albums and I hate throwing them away so I stuck them at the top of the drawer where there was a skinny space left. I also put the cover for my tripod and the phone attachment piece for it in the back of the drawer.

I stuck all of my We R Memory Keeepers punches and Cropadile on the right side of the drawer along with my hot glue gun and the glue gun refills and my silicone mat.

I’m very happy with how it looks now! It just makes me smile every time I open that drawer now! Isn’t it funny how the littlest and silliest things can make you happy? Being a crafter is so fun!
